Check-in is confirmed from 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is available, you may check in. Otherwise, we can store your luggage until the room is ready.

If you expect to arrive later than 10:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance so we can take it into account.

A valid ID (ID card, passport, etc.) will be required to access the hotel, as well as a credit card as a guarantee.

Check-out is until 12:00 pm, and we can store your luggage if needed, with no time limit.

If you need a later check-out, please check with our reception team the day before, and they will inform you about the available options.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and must be reserved the day before. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will explain the breakfast options available.

Our restaurant opening hours are as follows:
Wednesday to Friday: From 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am
Saturday and Sunday: From 12:30 pm to 12:00 am (Kitchen open all day)
Monday and Tuesday: Closed

Outside the shower:

• Body lotion and liquid soap placed on the sink countertop next to the amenities basket
• Basket/tray with additional amenities (tissues, shower cap, comb, shoe cleaner, makeup remover, cotton buds)

Dental kits and shaving kits are available upon request at reception as extra amenities.

If you are arriving by car, please note that you will need to park in a public car park, as we are located within Madrid Central.
The two closest car parks to the hotel are Plaza Mayor Car Park and La Cebada Market Car Park.
